Wanted: A Level 2 Technician Who Is Able to Provide Exceptional Client Support and Manage a Variety of Systems and Software.

Level 2 Job Responsibilities



•            Install and configure various Microsoft Operating Systems, software, and hardware components

•            Document design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff

•            Manage and monitor all installed systems including Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, and SQL

•            Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues

•            Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

•            Provide Level 2 and 3 support for our Managed Services client base.

•            Participate in an on-call rotation after 3 months of employment.



Level 2 Job Qualifications



•            6+ years’ experience in IT and Systems Engineering

•            Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)

•            Experience with Remote Management Monitoring and Automation Systems

•            Networking knowledge

•            Organizational skills

•            Deadline and detail-oriented

•            Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

•            Excellent communication skills

•            Team player
